PyjamaHR is an applicant tracking system for recruiting teams
PyjamaHR helps employers source candidates, manage hiring pipelines, evaluate applicants, collaborate with interviewers, send candidate emails, and schedule interviews in one recruiting workflow.
This public page explains the purpose of the PyjamaHR Google OAuth app and how PyjamaHR uses Google user data requested through OAuth consent.
How PyjamaHR uses Google user data
- Google Sign-In data, such as the user's basic profile and email address, is used to identify the signed-in user and provide access to the user's PyjamaHR account.
- Gmail access is used only to send recruiting emails from the connected user's Gmail account when the user initiates or configures candidate communication in PyjamaHR.
- Google Calendar access is used only to create, update, reschedule, cancel, and synchronize interview calendar events and scheduling details requested by the user inside PyjamaHR.
Data handling and Limited Use
PyjamaHR uses Google user data only to provide user-facing recruiting features requested by the customer. Google user data is not sold, used for ads, used for lending or credit decisions, transferred to data brokers, or used to train generalized AI or ML models.
Raw or derived Google Workspace API data received from Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy .
User control
Users can disconnect Google integrations from their PyjamaHR account settings. When access is disconnected, PyjamaHR stops using that connected Google account for Gmail and Calendar recruiting workflows.
