agreement to that transfer. Candidates imported onto PyjamaHR is kept secure
including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally, lost or used or accessed in an
unauthorised way.Users have a 6 month exclusivity period on candidates who apply
for a job opening via application function on a job site.
8. Disclosure of Data We may
disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:
0.1. Disclosure for Law Enforcement.
Under certain circumstances, we may be
required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or
in response to valid requests by public authorities.
